wow.....just a lesson for me again to check the reviews..this company is TERRIBLE

Poor customer service. We seriously doubt their honesty. Lots if delays prior to shipping! CALL THEM ABOUT YOUR ORDER.....ALL YOU GET IS SORROW!


Once they got my phone number the scam phone calls started. Callers are very hard to understand! Language skills are the primary problem. My guess believes they are non-English speaking callers.

I will NOT DO ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH BULBHEAD.

The expanding hose is a real rip off. It claims that it is a real great item and will make life so much easier when watering. I had 2 of them fail miserably. They get a big fat hole in them pretty quickly and no longer work. I had them for only a few months (2-4)and they were ruined because they are really not quality at all. I of course tried to contact the company and was given the usual runaround. They want me to pay for a replacement - sure it is $6.99 and the new one was $29.99 but seems to be a little scammy in that if they keep failing they will keep making money from so called "replacement". So I am done with this company and this product. I will NOT ever buy another one and I only wish I had read the reviews before hand ( seems this is a pretty poor product all around ).

I placed an order in June. Through no fault of mine, it was shipped to the wrong address. I called and requested that the product be reshipped and made sure that the address was correct. I was assured that the product would be sent. As of today, a refund was made - one that I did not request. I am disappointed in the service I received from your company. I really want the product I ordered. I would appreciate a response from a supervisor on this matter.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would I ordered the motion solar powered lights they lasted about a week I called customer service they claim they have no record of my purchase I paid 1995 a piece for six of them they are absolute garbage customer service ain’t worth a crap do not deal with anything with bulkhead please read the reviews they are worthless

If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered a 50ft pocket hose, not only did they charge me for that but charged me $91 for 2 more that I did not order, I did not get a confirmation e mail, just a charge on my credit card. When I called their customer service they told me that I could not stop the charge even though the hose was still in process and not shipped. I had to look for the shipment e mail from them and wait for it to be delivered and deny the delivery in order to "possibly" get my money back. Well no email ever came for the order, there was no tracking number and it was delivered. After numerous phone calls where I was continuously disconnected I am basically stuck with $91 worth of hose I did not even order. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Yeah, right. I have three of them that died in just 4 months, and they have no warranty beyond that 30 day return period. You can judge the quality of a company by the quality of what they sell and how committed they are to stand behind their products.

Don't wast your money.

I would have given them a lower rating if it was available. I have been trying to get the democratic piece for the 2020 Presidential chess set for a year and a half. They just keep giving you the run around. Telling you to call back in a month because they are out. I don't believe they are EVER going to get the piece.

DO NOT BUY ID POLICE!!! I ordered the ID Police 3 of the Largest Available. Unfortunately, I've had health challenges and wasn't able to contact them regarding this product before 30 days. DO NOT BUY ID POLICE!!! The product DOES NOT WORK!!! I go over my my information horizontally and vertically and still see EVERYTHING!!! An absolute WASTE of money. I have 2 unopened boxes that they refuse to refund because 30 days have passed. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!!

Had to give 1 otherwise couldn't warn buyer not to order from Bulbhead. Hempvana pain relief cream is a good product but either go buy locally or have family or friend pick up. I ordered through reputable national chain and they had Blubhead ship. I received 1 instead of 2 I paid for. They said I was a liar. Funny they had to use use so many of those air pillows to keep it from moving inside box. If there had been 2 wouldn't have needed so many of them. Lesson learned: GET IT YOURSELF.
